DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) Adds to Imagic Ltd. Position Ahead of SmartLink Global Launch

Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013

Today before the opening bell, DoMark International, the smartphone, tablet, and video gaming accessories company, reported additional cash investment into Imagic Ltd. that subsequently increased ownership 31% and enabled a transaction in which Imagic has acquired all of the IP and rights to the Wireless Cartridge Printer.

Imagic now has two patent pending products. The SmartLink device connects virtually any smartphone or tablet wirelessly to the television set with 100% digital reproduction of movies and games, plus its handheld Smartlink games controller unit. The portable Imagic Cartridge Printer connects wirelessly to smartphone and tablets to produce inkless, high-resolution digital photographic prints.

With DoMark’s cash injection, it is anticipated that the funding of the tooling of the SmartLink products will be completed by end of October for launch late in Q4 of this year and early 2014. The launch of the Imagic wireless photograph printer is expected in Q2 of 2014 and by its unique use of its renewable cartridges is expected to bring in permanent cartridge replacement revenues. According to today’s release, branding and packaging consultants for all products are well in hand to coincide with manufacturers to achieve targets for the three SmartLink products launch dates.

Andy Ritchie, CEO of DoMark, commented: “I am delighted with the company’s progress this year, and I am confident that our family of unique patented or patent pending products are going to revolutionize their marketplace. I expect sales to start to generate strong revenues towards the end of this year and beginning of next year. This year has been one of building confidence commercially and with investors to demonstrate the value of our acquisitions and their products. We expect in the next few weeks to announce a distribution transaction for these products and for our IRCharger product, which has been delayed due to design changes required by our overseas customers.”

SmartLink Products – This product allows Smart Phones and Tablets to wirelessly connect Apps of movies or games to the television set with 100% instant reproduction without any fall off in quality or speed of response essential to movie fans and gaming enthusiasts. This essential quality markedly differentiates the SmartLink product against rival products such as the recently announced Google Chrome Dongle which failed in its expectation due to its lack of instant response and reproduction quality. The Smartlink games controller is expected to be ready for marketing at the same time as the SmartLink TV application and will come with ready to use games and movies to enhance its instant sales appeal.

SmartLink Potential Market – The worldwide video games industry is currently valued at 76 billion USD, with mobile being the fastest growing platform. The Smart Phone and tablet markets continues to grow in double digits monthly, with the accessory market for both growing at 50% yearly.

Imagic Printer – This ground breaking photographic printer uniquely does away with the purchase of consumables which are all contained in the easily loaded cartridge containing inkless paper, so obviating the need of ink or dyes or the loading of ribbons. This allows users to print out up to 24 postcard sized photographs, in high resolution, from their smartphone, tablets or digital cameras, immediately at any time and place, without the need to print from PC or use professional retail stores.

Other DoMark Products – These include the DoMark InfraSol IRCharger and Power+ light weight smartphone charger cases for Samsung Galaxy III, S4 and Apple iPhones. These products provide extended battery life in a slimline cover and are due to be available in Q4 this year and are expected to be in popular demand for which order enquiries have been received worldwide. The Zaktek PhonePad + product which allows a smartphone to be converted into a tablet, is due for launch by the UK’s largest mobile retail store chain this week, initially for use with Samsung mobile phones. (www.phonepadplus.com) Barefoot Science our patented FDA approved foot insole product sales continues to grow after the division has been restructured, receiving an order this week from one of Canada’s largest pharmacy retailers Shoppers Drugmart. DoMark’s 15% investment in Barefoot Science was acquired by the Company in 2012 and is now for sale due to the Company’s strategy in 2013 to concentrate on products in the fast growing mobile accessory market.

Alignment with Industry Giants Provides DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) with Solid Footing in Booming Mobile Accessory Market

Wednesday, August 28th, 2013

DoMark International was incorporated in 2006 with operations in Toronto, Canada, and six years later underwent a major overhaul under the guidance of new management. The company successfully restructured its debt, cleaned up its financials and shareholder registry, and mapped out a new investment strategy to seek out and source new tech mobile products, which according to research is heavy with opportunity.

DOMK believes its future growth in the mobile accessory market exceeds the growth of actual mobiles devices, with constant demand for maximized performance. A study conducted by ABI Research supports this notion, estimating that in 2012, smartphones will funnel revenues of $20 billion to the aftermarket accessory industry, contributing more than 50 percent of total industry revenues of $36 billion. The same study estimates that by 2017, feature phone accessory sales will taper to $12 billion, while smartphones accessories are estimated to rise to $38 billion.

“The increasing penetration of smartphones is driving a shift in accessory design toward smart accessories that drive higher levels of consumer interaction, product value, and brand recognition,” ABI Research senior analyst Michael Morgan stated in a press release. “For new market entrants, developing brand recognition is paramount in capturing market share from the incumbents. This is best accomplished by the development of engaging, innovative accessories that extend the value proposition of today’s mass market accessories.”

To capture its share of the market, DOMK collaborates with researchers, inventors, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to advance to market globally innovative new smartphone and tablet accessories designed to be compatible with all major smartphone and tablet device manufacturers such as Apple, Samsung, Logitech International, and Quantum International.

By aligning itself with some of the biggest names in the industry, DOMK is already on track to raise brand awareness among inventors and retailers for innovative product financing and market assistance. The company plans to advance its current and future developments based on the success of current products and profitability.

DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) Successfully Targets Critical Mobile Charging Market

Tuesday, June 25th, 2013

DoMark International seeks out companies offering profitable technologies with proven markets. It’s a term that perfectly describes the company’s primary subsidiary, SolaWerks, serving one of the modern world’s most widespread and expanding markets, mobile devices. SolaWerks sells their own proprietary and superior technology for charging some of the most popular mobile devices. Their systems incorporate a unique system for capturing invisible infrared radiation, allowing Apple and Samsung devices to be charged both indoors and outdoors.

Anyone who questions the importance of mobile device charging need only reflect on events immediately following Superstorm Sandy. For days after the storm, restaurants all over the New York area saw long lines of people, not looking for food but rather electricity. After losing power for so long, they were desperate to charge their mobile phones and tablets. The city is now even putting in place public charging stations to better address this growing need.

The fact is that richly functional mobile communication is increasingly considered a necessity for virtually every corner of society, all of it powered by battery technology requiring a flexible and robust charging resource. The company has already received 158,000 orders for their new IRCharger case for Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy smartphones, all prior to their August launch. Given the retail pricing structure for the products, it represents a huge revenue kick for both SolaWerks and DoMark.

Friday, June 14th, 2013

The growth of the mobile communication market has been nothing short of incredible. When Dr. Martin Cooper of Motorola made the first publicized cell phone call back in 1973, the eventual reach of the technology could hardly be appreciated. From its public introduction in the 1980s, modern mobile technology has spread to every corner of the world. Today, it’s all about smartphones and tablets, with most online activity actually coming from mobile devices.

Consider some of the following statistics, from MobiThinking.com (http://dtg.fm/VVd3):

• There are now nearly 7 billion mobile cellular subscriptions worldwide, with many developed regions actually posting more subscriptions than people as some individuals hold more than one.
• China holds the most mobile subscriptions, with over a billion, although a number of countries have a higher percentage of users.
• Global shipment of smartphones are anticipated to outnumber shipment of basic phones by more than 20 to 1 over the next two years.
• Global tablet shipments are expected to outnumber notebook shipments by more than 2 to 1, with tablet shipments topping 380 million by 2016.
• The top 3 mobile phone vendors are Samsung, Nokia, and Apple, together controlling over 50% of the market.
• China and the U.S. together represent over 40% of the global smartphone market.

The mobile communication market has been solidly embraced by DoMark International and its SolaWerks subsidiary. SolaWerks addresses the most basic and unavoidable need of mobile device users: keeping their devices charged. The company’s unique patent-pending technology, soon to be released for Apple and Samsung products, lets users charge their mobile tablet and phone devices anywhere, making use of both visible light and heat radiation to allow effective charging both outdoors and indoors without plugin.

DoMark is also very pleased to announce that the appointment of global entrepreneur and industrialist, John Bentley (www.johnbentley.biz), as a Non-Executive Director of DoMark, is to take place in June. Conclusion

“I am extremely pleased with the progress made over the past few months in enabling the Company to position itself to bring about its mobile industry strategy with new and exciting products from which the Company may expect substantial growth and robust shareholder return in 2013 and beyond,” Mr. Ritchie concluded. “The ability to be able to administrate and arrange distribution of the Company’s products as one will both simplify and expedite their administration and promotion to the public.”

DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) Visionary Leadership Opens Door to Capturing Substantial Territory in Booming Mobile Accessory Market

Friday, May 24th, 2013

DoMark International, an investment company focused squarely on development of mass market consumer products, is stripping away encumbrances and adding new capabilities for users in the booming mobile device space via their wholly-owned subsidiary, SolaWerks, Inc., with unique and innovative accessory offerings designed to radically improve capability, functionality, and efficiency. DoMark has a simple philosophy which combines diligent evaluation of potential acquisitions with the financial muscle, experienced personnel, and veteran leadership required to streamline operational logistics and optimize market impact.

The company is really making waves in mobile with great concepts like their SolaPad and SolaCase for charging iPad/iPhone devices via the accessory’s onboard solar cells, or via USB and direct current connectors. They have new concepts coming down the pipe as well, like the recently announced (May 23) accessory for multi-media (TV) and gaming via DOMK’s 29% acquisition of private developer, Imagic Ltd.

DOMK is positioned well to take advantage of the rapidly expanding mobile market, which is especially ravenous in huge spaces like India and China, wielding a solid portfolio of offerings and equipped with the visionary leadership necessary to continue innovating. SolaWerks’ IRcharger™ systems for Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy products are destined to evolve globally into platform-agnostic device solutions and as the mobile device space continues to gain ridiculous traction, an increasingly large accessory side market is cropping up.

The key to making it in the ultra-profitable mobile accessory space is maintaining relevance/functionality with established product lines while continuing to migrate fresh concepts into the pipeline and having the umbrella of DOMK’s superb management team will help realize maximum revenue possibilities here. Let’s face it, everything is going to mobile and cloud, the platform is an inescapable facet of the future communications and productivity landscape, something which will only grow faster until we hit some kind of major saturation point. Thus, the attendant mobile accessory space is an ideal risk versus reward environment to develop in.

With guys like Andrew Ritchie, DOMK President and CEO, at the helm, you can expect the maximum potential wrung out of the acquisitions and subsidiaries. Ritchie was tapped from Easymed Services Inc., where he boldly led a complete revamping of the medical IT firm into a globally recognized leader in TeleMedicine, as that company’s CEO. In the Chairman slot at DOMK we have the eminent Brent Strassler, who brings two decades of private industry and public capital market experience to the table, along with a wide-ranging set of proficiencies that stretches across all the avenues of corporate governance, finance, and the tricky logistics of emerging companies.

These guys know how to restructure and have spent their time in the trenches reorganizing, developing, and expanding private companies, with Strassler in particular noted for his strides across diverse industrial manufacturing, service, and technology fields. Ritchie is former VP of Operations at Canada’s top national paper The Globe and Mail and provided dynamic leadership covering all aspects of the business as Publisher of The Winnipeg Free Press (1k staff, revenue of around $120M). Ritchie is a Harvard man (Senior Executive Leadership Program) and comes out of the Queen’s University School of Business up in Kingston as well as the McGill Business School in Montreal, an impressive pedigree that clearly signifies a sharp executive with a stranglehold on the 21st century infoscape.

DoMark is also hitting hard in the therapeutic foot care arena via wholly-owned subsidiary, MuscleFoot Inc., tacking noted UFC fighters, Evan Dunham and Igor Pokrajac, to the sponsorship initiative list for their revolutionary Barefoot Science insole technology late last year (Sept 19, 2012). This is the line that kicked off with the signing of 2012 US Olympic track and field team members, Nick Symmonds and Will Claye, for key endorsement contracts last summer, which led to the support of their first UFC fighter, Damarques Johnson. Again, this shows real savvy when it comes to connecting product to end-users in the target market.

DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) Targets Smart Market

Thursday, May 16th, 2013

Mobile devices have become an indispensable personalized link to the outside world in ways that the developers of the original location-locked telephone never could have imagined. Increasingly we take our world with us, demanding answers and reach wherever we are, at any time of the day or night. It’s a tall order when you consider the volume and complexity of every person’s unique information flow.

Over half of online activity now occurs through mobile devices, especially impressive when you consider the fact that Google alone, a focal point for online activity, gets over a billion visits every day. It translates into billions of mobile devices serving the human global population, and a market of staggering size and scope led by Samsung, Nokia, and Apple.

Although every new iteration of mobile device brings with it new capabilities and perceptions, which can cause swings in the mobile marketplace, the companies that provide accessories to such devices are in a smart position. Changes in devices are often internal, leaving associated accessories still applicable. Even if the changes affect accessory use, it simply represents a new opportunity for accessory producers to modify their product and sell to a new market.

DoMark International, through its subsidiary SolaWerks, is aggressively tapping the mobile device accessory market, with technology-based products that fit an important need and are differentiated in the marketplace. In particular, the company’s new IR Charger Case, with innovative patent pending INFRASOL technology that provides both infrared and solar charging features for Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices, is also backed up with two high density lithium batteries providing an additional doubling of battery life.

The scheduled launch for the new product is in August of this year, and is aimed at the millions of Apple iPhone and Samsung product users around the world. DoMark CEO, Andy Ritchie, stated, “There is nothing in the market like this product, and we wanted to make sure we were completely ready to handle a large global role out and huge demand.”

DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) Caps a Busy Month

Tuesday, May 7th, 2013

The past month has been a busy and very important one for DoMark International, a Florida based marketing management company dedicated to identifying and bringing to market game-changing consumer products.

In early April the company completed a major restructuring that began in June of 2012 with the hiring of a new management team. An important goal, which they have now successfully completed, was reworking the financial structure of the company, and involved dealing with nearly all long-term debt. The new team was also able to resolve outstanding lawsuits. These were important accomplishments, and allow DoMark to better focus on their core target of investing in innovative patent-pending technology products to maximize returns. The company additionally intends to appoint globally recognized non-executive board directors to help guide the company.

DoMark also announced the signing of an M.O.U. to purchase Zaktek Ltd., a U.K. based intellectual property company. Zaktek’s proprietary and innovative PhonepadPlus product is easily connected to an Apple iPhone, iPod, or Samsung PDA, providing a high-definition 10-inch touch screen, an effective convergence between two of the world’s most popular devices, the Smartphone and the Tablet, greatly enhancing the experience of watching films, gaming, reading, or browsing the web.

In addition, DoMark announced the official launch date, August 1st, of their new infrared/solar charger cover, with patent-pending INFRASOL technology that allows Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy devices to use infrared rays as well as visible light rays in the charging process. Together with two high-density lithium batteries, the system maximizes charging and battery life. With over 125 million iPhone’s sold in 2012, and 40 million Galaxy PDAs sold in the first 6 months of launch, the market is immense. DoMark CEO, Andy Ritchie, commented, “There is nothing in the market like this product, and we wanted to make sure we were completely ready to handle a large global role out and huge demand.”

DoMark International, Inc. (DOMK) Focused More Than Ever on Mobile Device Accessories Market

Wednesday, May 1st, 2013

When DoMark International, a provider of infrared/solar charging systems for Apple and Samsung mobile devices, announced major new marketing developments, it was all centered on their most innovative product: an IR charger case, based on patent pending INFRASOL technology, for powering Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices. The system, from DoMark’s SolaWerks subsidiary, provides superior charging through the application of both infrared and solar charging capabilities, plus multiple lithium batteries, a powerful supporting device for an enormous global market.

DoMark announced that they had engaged one of the world’s biggest marketing agencies to help find distribution partners, in addition to inking a direct sales agreement for North America with a prominent direct sales consultant. Preliminary market testing results suggest strong customer acceptance, and they’ve also signed up new affiliates to further drive sales.

The Apple and Samsung market, even in part, represents a truly massive potential, with millions of iPhone and PDA devices sold worldwide every year. DoMark sees itself as having a corner on part of that market, since there are no comparable devices offering their proprietary technology that allows the capture of invisible IR rays to maximize charging power.

It’s an example of the DoMark strategy of finding companies with breakthrough technology, and then helping them turn it into a monetized product, optimized for introduction to the world market. In the case of mobile device accessories, it’s a market worth well over $30 billion annually.

DoMark is now focused more than ever on the highly profitable mobile device accessories market, and feels that it is well positioned to capitalize on the evolving universe of global communications and information technology.
