Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. is a natural and organic food and beverage company. Early last month, the Company announced that they completed their asset acquisition of AC LaRocco Pizza Co. (AC LaRocco). AC LaRocco is a 12-year-old privately held purveyor of organic and natural frozen foods, located in Washington State. The acquisition significantly increased the depth and breadth of Fresh Harvet’s products, sales and distribution across the nation into retailers such as Kroger (certain divisions), H-E-B, Albertsons (certain regions) and further enhanced their foothold with the largest natural food retailer in the US.

Today, Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. announced that sales of their Wings of Nature bars in Walgreens have been brisk. Submission of re-orders has taken place several times to restock the shelves. The Wings of Nature bars sell in approximately 205 Walgreens retail locations in the greater Orlando, Florida area.

Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. (FRHV.OB) Nearly Finished Performing Due Diligence on Acquisition Candidate

Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. announced that it is close to completing its due diligence in order to complete the acquisition of Organic Chef, LLC. As of today the company is waiting for the final Asset Valuation Report to finalize the purchase price of the assets to be acquired. Fresh Harvest expects the independent asset appraisal of Organic Chef, LLC to be completed before the end of this week and the asset acquisition agreement to be executed the following week.

Michael J. Friedman, FRHV’s CEO, stated, “We are very excited to be nearing the completion of the asset acquisition of Organic Chef, LLC, so that we can begin presenting and selling these additional products to our current distributors and retailers. Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. today informed investors that it is seeking further organizational growth through additional product acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as attracting additional members to its Board of Advisors. The company also plans to continue the organic growth of its product lines by increasing marketing initiatives, distributor network and online presence.

Michael J. Friedman, FRHV’s CEO, commented, “Management is focused on sustainable growth; we are using several strategies which we believe will benefit the Company and its Shareholders in the long term. Fresh Harvest intends to increase future revenues by adding innovative products to our portfolio as well as seeking out strategic alliance and joint venture partners who serve the natural and organic health food and beverage marketplace.”

He added, “We intend to attract seasoned executives with relevant experience to join our Advisory Board, to better position Fresh Harvest to weather the current economic environment and assist the Company in integrating current and future acquisitions, as well as, future strategic alliance and joint venture partners.
