Joytoto USA, Inc (JYTO.OB) is Committed to Becoming a Leading Total Entertainment Company with a Loyal Subscriber Base

Friday, June 20th, 2008

As part of one of its three lines of business (Online Portal Operation and Service, www.playolive.com), Joytoto USA plans to release “Pang Pang Terrible”, a first person shooter game geared towards younger players. The game features some role playing at various levels of difficulty where players can create their own characters, and intends to minimize violence. This game will be Joytoto’s initial entry into the US market, and game is expected to go live sometime during the third quarter of 2008.

This will allow the company’s subsidiary, JEI, to launch even more popular online games into the US market, including MMORPGs (Massively Multiple Online Role Playing Games), FPS (First-person shooter), casual games, sports games and board games, among others. In this way, Joytoto America intends to become a leading total entertainment company with a loyal subscriber base.

On Monday, June 16, 2008, Joytoto announced they will engage in the US distribution of a game called The Great Merchant, popular in Korea, once it is translated sometime in the 4th quarter of this year. Other games listed on the Joytoto website currently include the following:

SADO: A Street Action Dog Fight: Includes take downs, two player moves, and other ground techniques that make this unique. Characters, maps, single character and non-playing characters, experience points and money points are also features of the game.
FOUL KING: This is an online wrestling game. It includes melee action play and a vast character collection as well as simulation of counter attacks. Players say it resembles an arcade game.
JANGGUN ONLINE: This is a new Genre of Casual Game RTTS (Real-Time Turn Strategy). It includes an Expanded War zone to create team play with Fast Game speed where there is no time to relax. Backgrounds are based on Fantasy graphics in Full 3D.

Joytoto also intends to launch an innovative new revenue model by providing online games available for download to MP3 devices via its second business line: content to MP3 devices via the Internet.

Finally, the third business line for Joytoto helps to bolster the others. It is their original equipment manufacturing (OEM) of MP3 devices. Joytoto Technologies exclusively supplies Best Buy’s in-house brand Insignia MP3 players. They do so with a “factoryless” manufacturing model that reduces costs while avoiding the financial risk and costs associated with maintaining large factories, facilities and staff.

Joytoto USA Inc. (JYTO.OB) Announces Second Game for Release on U.S. Portal

Monday, June 16th, 2008

Joytoto USA Inc. (JYTO.OB) has announced that it plans to distribute the popular Korean online game, “Gersang”, on its U.S. site. The game will be marketed as “The Great Merchant” on the U.S. website. Work continues on the English translation, which should be completed and available for closed beta service during the fourth quarter of 2008.

Joytoto selected “The Great Merchant” for U.S. release due to its popularity in the Korean online gaming market. This game is one of the most successful Massively Multi-Player Online Role Playing Games (MMORPG) that Joytoto has released to the Korean market. Daum, which is South Korea’s second-largest web portal and search engine, rated the Korean release of the game as the fourth most popular online game played in Korea. The game has also received a variety of awards, including the Korean Entertainment Grand Prize.

Online gaming is one of Joytoto’s business segments. Joytoto USA’s online game business operates online games under the North American Master License Agreement with Joyon Entertainment Co., Ltd. The agreement allows Joytoto access to Joyon’s line of successful online games that are operating in the Asian markets and are generating more than $100 million in revenues.

With the growing demand, Joytoto anticipates that the U.S. portal will see the same type of success achieved by the Korean portal. As the work on the U.S. website nears completion, the company will continue to increase site interest by announcing additional online game release dates.

Joytoto USA Inc. (JYTO.OB) Shares Up 46.72% in A Single Day

Monday, May 19th, 2008

May 19, 2008 will be a memorable day for the shareholders of Joytoto USA Incorporated, as they saw their shares increase nearly 50% on terrific news. The company announced the reception and completion of their first U.S. purchase order. The purchase order was completed and resulted in the shipment of 15,000 MP3 players, which translates into nearly a quarter of a million US dollars in revenue for the company for the month of April.

Once the stock market got news of this order, JYTO took off in a hurry. Before lunch, the stock was up more than 32% on half a million shares traded. When the dust settled, JYTO stood at $0.895 a share, an increase of over 46% with over 1.848 million shares traded. Today’s trading session was 1.802 million shares above the average volume since the stock’s IPO. This was the first of perhaps many recurring orders from the unnamed big-box retailer, which operates more than 800 stores in the US, Canada and China.

The completion of this order is significant as it represents the company’s commitment to developing its business in the United States – an effort that began during the second half of 2007. The order was completed on cost, and on time, which are two of the most important factors in business today. This order could go a long way toward assuring other companies that Joytoto USA is capable of readily and successfully handling large electronics orders.

Joytoto USA Inc. (JYTO.OB) – Established From a History of Excellence

Monday, May 19th, 2008

Joytoto USA Incorporated is now a major player in the field of MP3 technology and online gaming, but its creation was far from an overnight success story. Rather, it was a long chain of strategic acquisitions. It all started with a small Korean company called Joyon Entertainment Incorporated(JEI), which was an online game developer and manufacturer of small multimedia electronic devices. After a short stand in the US, Joyon Entertainment then acquired Joytoto America, which had exclusive rights to distribute and commercially launch up to 28 online games in North America.

The acquisition of Joytoto America gave JEI a jumpstart into the online gaming industry, because it came with thousands of Joytoto’s loyal gaming enthusiast’s fan base. In June of 2007, JEI continued its string of acquisitions by gobbling up Joytoto Technologies, which had a worldwide Master Distribution Agreement for the MP3 products of one of Korea’s leading manufacturers and distributors of MP3 devices. This gave the company a terrific position in the consumer electronics market for digital media devices.

Finally, the string of acquisitions came to and end when Joytoto USA Incorporated acquired Joyon Entertainment Incorporated on October 30, 2007. The resulting company, Joytoto USA, is a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq’s OTC Bulletin board and hopes to apply for listing on the American Stock Exchange when all requirements are met, possibly as early as the second quarter of 2008.

Today was a historic day for the company, as they announced the reception and completion of their first U.S. purchase order. The first order was completed and resulted in $730,000 in revenues for the company thanks to the shipment of 15,000 MP3 players to an electronic superstore.

The announcement of this order sent shares of the stock up nearly 47% in one trading day on over 40 times average volume. It proved to the stock community that Joytoto USA can handle large orders on time, on budget and without issue. It also opens the door for repeat orders from the satisfied customer and, more importantly, has opened the eyes of other vendors.
