The application of this agreement provides Muscle Flex Inc. with the 100% ownership of any and all revenue generate by the image or likeness of ‘Danny Alex’ in any media globally. This becomes especially material in cases where Danny Alex appears / represents or endorses other products / services / companies or is utilized as the ‘pitchman’ for unrelated third parties or products, reality shows or any kind of revenue generating media. Any ongoing annuities, revenue sharing and upfront payments associated with the image of ‘Danny Alex’ are 100% owned by Muscle Flex Inc. in their entirety.

“You can have a situation where a large fortune 500 company wants me to endorse a pair of running shoes for example. This agreement allows me to engage any opportunity without any conflicts of interest and fully monetize every opportunity. Muscle Flex Inc. announced early this morning that its CEO, Danny Alex, will participate live on the American Music Awards online pre-show on November 22, 2009. Muscle Flex brands will be referenced during his segments which will focus on fitness and lifestyle. The AMAs will broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre LA LIVE on Sunday November 22 (8-11 p.m. EASTERN and PACIFIC) on ABC. dcp associates Premiere Entertainment will provide production services on the multi-camera red carpet event and USTREAM will power the live stream to a series of dcp developed video widgets. Muscle Flex has carefully considered the script, content and production quality of each commercial and is focused on developing 3 distinct brands within each one: 1) The Muscle Flex corporate brand, 2) The host, Danny Alex, 3) The product that is the subject of the 2 minute spot.
