Opportunities Abound at Neutra Corp. (NTRR) in Fast Growing Cannabis Market

March 19, 2014

Neutra Corp. understands cannabis is among the fastest-growing markets in the U.S., statistically positioned to outpace the expansion of the global smartphone market, thus, the company is putting in place a diverse product line to capitalize on that growth.

As reported by the Huffington Post in November 2013 on a publication by Arcview Market Research which surveyed hundreds of medical cannabis retailers, processors, dispensary owners, and industry leaders over the course of six months, it is estimated that more than $1.43 billion worth of legal marijuana was sold in 2013 and predicted that figure will grow by 64 percent to $2.34 billion this year.

Comparatively, recent figures show that the smartphone market expanded by 46 percent from 2012 to 2013.

“Virtually no domestic market is growing as quickly as cannabis,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “That’s why entrepreneurs and investors are flocking to this industry. We’re very enthusiastic about the gains predicted for this sector, and we’re working hard to provide new innovations to make the industry less harmful, more predictable and more profitable.”

Also within Huffington’s report, the publication predicts that 14 more states will legalize cannabis for recreational adult use in the next five years. As a result of this growth the data pushes towards creating a $10.2 billion market by 2018. Seizing the opportunity, NTRR is working alongside innovative partners to deliver first-of-its-kind solutions for cannabis growers, patients, and retailers. The company is developing a diverse line of products for each niche in the marketplace in order to capture the largest share possible of the fast-growing market.

By providing a variety of new technologies designed to ensure safer, more reliable access to cannabis in approved markets, Neutra Corp. plans to enjoy unprecedented growth in 2014 alongside companies such as Cannabis Science, Inc., GW Pharmaceuticals, plc and CannaBusiness Group, delivering advancing technologies in the development and processing of cannabis in approved markets.

March 17, 2014

As the cannabis industry continues to strengthen in appeal to the investor community, Neutra Corp. plans to duplicate the successes of other companies in this space via its development of incredible new product innovations for the diverse herbal market. In a news release today, Neutra Corp. recapped its company developments and promising future on the heels of the rise of the cannabis industry’s first billion-dollar-value company.

This week, Forbes noted that one of the cannabis industry’s top-performing stocks had reached a new market high. CannaVest, a hemp-based investment company valued at $1.8 billion, had grown by 680 percent in the past year. In 2014, the company has seen gains of 300 percent. The news comes as more than half of a dozen new states are considering decriminalizing cannabis or legalizing it for medical or recreational use.

Neutra Corp. believes that it has the potential to be another blockbuster success in this highly lucrative market. Together with its partner Vertigo Technologies, the company is looking to deliver a turnkey solution for horticulturalists. Neutra Corp. anticipates this solution being of interest to growers in Colorado and other growers who are looking for stronger yields via faster production capacities. Neutra Corp. is also in the process of developing anti-microbial solutions that could eliminate the need for pesticides in cannabis cultivation.

Building upon these objectives, Neutra Corp. recently acquired Diamond Anvil Designs, a cutting-edge developer of customizable vapor pens. These pens are said to be adaptable for the delivery of a range of nutraceutical substances, including dry herbs, oils, and waxes. With these technologies in place, Neutra Corp. looks to increase access to cannabis in approved markets and take advantage of unprecedented growth opportunities in 2014.

March 12, 2014

Gaining strength and momentum within the cannabis industry’s fever pitch, dynamic regulatory environment, Neutra Corp. is sustaining its diligence marketing and developing top technological innovations designed to improve efficiency across a dynamic market landscape.

With federal regulators easing their stance on cannabis by discouraging law-enforcement crackdowns, it is worth noting that it has been just over a year after Colorado and Washington legalized adult-use cannabis while more than half a dozen other states are now considering decriminalizing the herb or legalizing it for medical or recreational use.

The cannabis market in the U.S. is clearly growing and NTRR is on center stage capitalizing on the business opportunity by developing cutting-edge products and in so doing, addressing and meeting market needs every at every turn.

In conjunction with partner, Vertigo Technologies, the company is working to deliver a turn-key solution for indoor horticulturalists that could be especially useful for growers in Colorado and other horticultural markets where high yields and speedy production are vital to business growth. These partnerships are developing anti-microbial solutions that show promise of eliminating the need for pesticides in the herb’s cultivation.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Looks Revolutionize Vaporizer Industry with New Products

March 6, 2014

Provider of all-natural wellness solutions, Neutra Corp. has intentions of revolutionizing the growing personal vaporizer segment when its new vapor pen technology hits the market.

At the beginning of this month Neutra Corp. acquired Diamond Anvil Designs (DA), a cutting-edge developer of smoke-free nutraceutical delivery systems that can be adapted to deliver a variety of substances. The company has good reason to believe that the vapor pen currently preparing for worldwide marketing and distribution will make a major splash in the vaporizer industry as a result of a number of innovations.

DA’s new vapor pen will feature variable amplitudes to heat and vaporize a wide variety of nutraceuticals, from dry herbs to concentrates and even e-cig juice with the same portable, hand-held device. But these noteworthy breakthroughs don’t end there. The new vapor pen will also have an easily expandable battery capacity, allowing users to easily double or reduce the device’s rechargeable battery life without having to purchase additional accessories.

DA’s engineers are also ensuring that the pen is reliable enough for hard, everyday use and will come complete with an industry-leading warranty.

“This product is going to immediately stand out from the competition due to its versatility and dependability,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim.

The vapor pen market in the U.S. has grown rapidly in recent years. Rating agency Fitch Ratings released a report earlier this month predicting that 2013 sales would tally $1.5 billion, compared to $10 million in 2007. According to Fitch, demand for the devices has doubled every year since the U.S. introduction of the personal vaporizers in 2006. Today, the U.S. is the world’s largest vapor pen marketplace.

By providing innovative nutraceutical products and services such as the vaporizer pens being produced by DA, Neutra Corp. plans to follow in the footsteps of other successful public companies including Altria Group Inc.

March 4, 2014

In the growing indoor horticulture market, Neutra Corp. works to deliver new innovation in the U.S. by way of seeking out talented computer-aided design professionals to help turn its prototype all-in-one indoor gardening system into a market-ready product.

Along with venture partner, Vertigo Technologies, Inc., NTRR is marketing and developing a turn-key solution for indoor horticulturalists that includes the equipment necessary to grow strong, healthy plants and complete pre-production and post-production prep work. The all-in-one system can be used to produce numerous indoor crops, but could be especially useful for growers in the medical marijuana industry and other burgeoning horticultural markets for whom high yields and speedy production are especially crucial to business.

“After extensive testing, this system has surpassed all of the benchmarks we set out to reach,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “What remains is taking this horticulture system out of the laboratory and turning it into an attractive, marketable product that can be shipped and displayed easily. It’s an important step in the growth of our company, and we need the right person to lead the effort.”

NTRR has already begun screening candidates for the design job and plans to move forward with production on the new product as soon as possible, Mr. Jim said.

By delivering advanced technology designed to improve production quality and efficiency in the indoor horticultural market in the U.S., NTRR plans to capture market share within this booming industry by working to help introduce the next wave of healthier, more efficient ingredients to the dynamic and growing nutraceuticals industry.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Front and Center Anticipating Strong Growth in Cannabis Space

February 27, 2014

What’s being termed a “tax bonanza” due to a cannabis windfall for Colorado has more states exploring legalization, potentially leading to large-scale market growth for support. Industry companies including Neutra Corp. are in the middle of the discussion.

Far exceeding earlier estimates, new Colorado budget numbers predicted last week that cannabis taxes could add more than $100 million to the state’s coffers. A budget proposal from Gov. John W. Hickenlooper estimated that Colorado’s cannabis industry could reach $1 billion in sales in the next fiscal year.

In the state of Washington, where retail cannabis sales will begin this summer, forecasters estimated last week that cannabis could bring the state nearly $190 million in taxes for the four-year period beginning in 2015.

While the New York Times was calling these numbers a “tax bonanza” exceeding expectations, other states around throughout the country are eagerly considering new legislation of their own to capitalize on the growing demand for the cannabis product. That’s good news for Neutra Corp., which is marketing and developing new technologies to assist growers and patients in the nation’s rising medical cannabis sector.

Alongside partners Vertigo Technologies, NTRR is working to deliver a turn-key solution for indoor horticulturalists that can be used to produce any number of indoor crops, but could be especially useful for growers in Colorado and other booming horticultural markets where high yields and speedy production are vital to business interests. Earlier this month, NTRR acquired Diamond Anvil Designs (DA), a cutting-edge developer of customizable vapor pens that can be adapted to deliver a variety of nutraceutical substances, including dry herbs, oils, and waxes.

Twenty states and Washington, D.C., have legalized marijuana for medical use, with two states—Colorado and Washington—legalizing recreational use, as well. The dispensaries and other MMJ businesses have for years been forced to deal largely in cash because banks feared legal risks associated with serving them. Recently, the U.S. government issued rules intended to increase the availability of financial services to marijuana businesses licensed and regulated by the states.

By providing new technologies designed for safe and reliable access to cannabis in approved markets, Neutra Corp. anticipates unprecedented growth in 2014 alongside Cannabis Science, Inc.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and Medical Marijuana Industry Benefiting from New Federal Guidelines on Banking

February 19, 2014

Neutra Corp., a healthy lifestyle company that specializes in the development and marketing of natural wellness solutions, continues in its efforts to bring-to-market new products for the fast-growing medical marijuana industry. The company, and the medical marijuana industry as a whole, are benefiting from new guidelines issued by the federal government that enable state-regulated marijuana businesses to enjoy easier access to financial services and institutions.

Until this point, medical marijuana businesses in the twenty states and Washington DC where medical marijuana has been legalized had been compelled to only deal in cash. Financial institutions within these areas had been reluctant to serve these businesses due to legal risks associated with their service, thereby cutting off the businesses’ accessibility to more convenient financial products and services.

On Friday, the U.S. government issued new regulations that increase financial institutional accessibility to medical marijuana business licensed and regulated by their respective states. Many onlookers are pointing to this development as proof of the growing acceptance and normalization of cannabis in the American marketplace.

“These federal guidelines are a direct result of the overwhelming demand for medicinal marijuana,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “This is a thriving new market that is simply too large, too popular, and too profitable to remain shut out of the banking industry. With these new rules in place, we fully expect to see growth accelerate in this sector.”

This week, Neutra Corp. announced that it had acquired Diamond Anvil Designs, a cutting-edge developer of smoke-free nutraceutical delivery systems that can be adapted to deliver a variety of substances, including dry herbs, oils, and waxes. With this acquisition, Neutra Corp. is looking to bring-to-market a new, customizable vapor pen that will be of great customer value.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Preparing Industry-best Warranty for New Vapor Pen

February 13, 2014

Earlier this week, Neutra Corp. announced that it had acquired Diamond Anvil Designs, an innovator of smoke-free nutraceutical delivery systems that can be used for a range of substances, including dry herbs, oils, and waxes. From that acquisition, Neutra Corp. aims to provide the industry-best warranty on the customizable, lightweight vapor pen it will be releasing for the U.S. marketplace.

According to a report from Fitch Ratings, vapor pen sales in the United States are expected to have reached $1.5 billion in 2013 compared to $10 million in 2007. Fitch reports that demand for vapor pens has basically doubled since the United States saw the introduction of personal vaporizers within its boundaries in 2006. The U.S. has subsequently emerged as the biggest marketplace for vapor pens on the globe. Neutra Corp.’s planned vapor pen release reportedly will be cutting-edge due to three factors:

• customizable power levels
• best-in-class durability
• multi-substance vaporization capacity

“Our vapor pens will be built to last,” said Neutra Corp. CEO Sydney Jim. “To highlight their exceptional durability, we plan to include an exceptional warranty with each unit that will shame our competition in this space.”

“So many of the products on the marketplace today are of inferior quality; they are essentially disposable,” said Mr. Jim. “The vapor pen we’re developing is different.”

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Acquires Diamond Anvil Designs

February 11, 2014

Today before the opening bell, Neutra announced that it had acquired Diamond Anvil Designs, a cutting-edge developer of smoke-free nutraceutical delivery systems. Diamond Anvil Designs is based out of Los Angeles and makes customizable vapor pens that can be used for delivery of a range of nutraceutical substances, including dry herbs, oils, and waxes.

“We’ve been conducting an exhaustive search for the right acquisition in the personal vaporizer pen and e-cig space for some time, and Diamond Anvil is the innovative business we’ve been looking for,” said Neutra Corp. CEO Sydney Jim. “Along with the brand, we’re bringing in a stable of cutting-edge products that are designed to appeal to serious nutraceutical patients seeking better, easier, and more effective treatment.”

These customizable, portable delivery systems are of value to vaporization technology due to their customizable power levels, multi-substance vaporization capacity, and best-in-class durability. Neutra Corp. plans to include an ironclad warranty offer with each vapor pen purchase.

Smoke-free delivery systems have exploded in popularity with nutraceutical users in recent years, with vaporizer pens, throat sprays, oral capsules, edibles, and other innovations functioning as replacements for pipes and cigarettes altogether for many patients. These systems enable patients to enjoy the same therapeutic benefits of herbs and extracts without the potential dangers and restrictions associated with smoking.

By providing innovative nutraceutical products and services such as the vaporizer pens being produced by Diamond Anvil Designs, Neutra Corp. hopes to become a player in the growing natural wellness industry.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Develops New Products to Spur Innovation in Medical Marijuana Market

February 6, 2014

With demand for effective medical marijuana remedies growing by the day, indoor growers are changing the way doctors and patients think about the drug by breeding innovative, non-psychoactive strains. Neutra Corp. is developing new products to help deliver these greenhouse breakthroughs faster and easier than ever before.

Some of the most cutting-edge medical marijuana research is being done by growers in Colorado, where a young girl named Charlotte Figi made headlines recently after she became the youngest person in the state to be prescribed cannabis at age five.

Suffering from a rare, intractable form of epilepsy, Charlotte had 300 grand mal seizures a week. After trying barbituates and benzodiazepines, her parents turned to cannabis to save their daughter. Marijuana growers and dispensary owners the Stanley Brothers bred a strain with very little THC, cannabis’ psychoactive ingredient, but plenty of CBD, which has medicinal properties.

The effects were miraculous. Today, Charlotte’s seizures have been reduced to two or three per month, all without having to smoke marijuana or become high. The medicinal strain created for her, named Charlotte’s Web, is now being used by 41 other patients.

“This medical strain that won’t get you high is the future of medical marijuana,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “We’re developing new products for the marketplace that will make production of this incredible new medication faster, cleaner and safer than ever before, without the use of harsh chemicals or pesticides.”

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Pursuing New Markets for Antimicrobial Technology

February 3, 2014

Neutra Corp., a healthy lifestyle company specialized in the development and marketing of a variety of natural wellness solutions, says it is exploring new emerging markets in billion-dollar industries for its antimicrobial technology designed to eliminate the use of harsh chemicals and pesticides indoors.

In collaboration with joint-venture partner Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2), Neutra is working to market and develop advanced growing systems that produce a cleaner, healthier growing environment for plants. The systems use invisible, antimicrobial coatings to create sterile spaces that are free from microscopic bacteria and diseases, allowing horticulturalists to produce higher quality crop yields without the use of pesticides and other chemicals.

The innovative technology is also applicable to the growing global market for antimicrobial solutions in infection-prone environments such as schools, gyms, cruise ships, locker rooms, and more. For this need, NTRR and S2O2 are working to market Armor-Blast, a product that bonds to surfaces and forms a barrier that kills germs, microbes, and pathogens on contact. The safe, non-toxic coating protects all surfaces from staph, MRSA, e. coli, H1N1, black mold, athlete’s foot, and more for 90 days.

“With the rise of antibiotic-resistant infections, at-risk industries around the world are looking for new solutions to prevent outbreaks,” NTRR CEO Sydney Jim stated in the news release. “We’ve discovered that the demand for the innovations now being developed for horticultural use is much broader and more diverse than we anticipated.”

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Working towards Replication of Anti-Staph Success in More NCAA Locker Rooms

January 29, 2014

Neutra Corp., a fast-growing provider of all-natural wellness solutions, is currently working with its joint venture partner Surface to Air Solutions, LLC for creating solutions that protect student athletes from deadly infections. The company is looking to replicate the safeguard approach adopted by Texas Christian University for protection of its athletes and make this same level of protection available to student athletes in NCAA-participating college campuses across the United States.

Earlier this year, Surface to Air Solutions, LLC acquired Zero-Blast, a Texas-based company that specializes in advanced, anti-microbial coatings for germ-infested environments such as college sports locker rooms. Zero-Blast’s top product, Armor-Blast, is a polymerized organosilane that bonds to surfaces; upon bonding, it then forms a barrier that kills germs, microbes, and pathogens on contact.

As a safe and non-toxic coating, Armor-Blast need only be applied four times a year and provides constant, strong protection against MRSA, e. coli, H1N1, black mold, athlete’s foot, and more. Zero-Blast had partnered with TCU for the past four years, and had been found to be so successful in its initial sterilizations of the university’s football facilities and equipment, its sterilization operations for the campus were expanded. The Texas company’s Armor-Blast was then used to sterilize basketball, baseball, volleyball and soccer facilities, as well as indoor field turf.

“TCU has been the perfect test case for this technology,” said Neutra Corp. CEO Sydney Jim. “Our company, along with our partners, has been in contact with numerous colleges around the country interested in replicating TCU’s success in battling dangerous infections.”

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Prepping New Products as Legal Marijuana Industry Continues Expanding

January 23, 2014

With the passage of new state laws allowing for legal cannabis, the domestic marketplace for legal cannabis is increasing quickly by leaps and bounds. As regulated marijuana growers and sellers encounter challenges in meeting this unprecedented demand, Neutra Corp. is working to develop innovative technologies for meeting the challenges that come with meeting new levels of market demand.

“Since the Justice Department set a precedent last year by allowing the first new state marijuana laws to go into effect, the floodgates are now open,” said Neutra Corp. CEO Sydney Jim. “More states are now set to legalize this medication—some of them soon. Analysts are predicting that this will grow into a $10 billion industry by 2018.”

Notably, in the opening throes of 2014 Colorado businesses racked up $5 million in sales in just the first week marijuana became legal in the state. Taxed, regulated marijuana will soon be coming to Washington state, and states such as Rhode Island, Alaska, Arizona, and California have bill proposals for various forms of legalization of marijuana in their “legislative pipelines”.

Specifically, Neutra Corp. is seeking to capitalize on this rising demand by creating a turnkey solution that allows indoor horticulturalists, which includes all equipment necessary for growth of strong, healthy plants and completion of pre- and post-production work. All equipment would come pre-sterilized with anti-microbial coatings, eliminating the need for pesticides and antibiotics. With this turnkey solution, indoor horticulturalists may be able to grow plants faster and easier than ever before—a breakthrough development with strong market potential in this booming industry.

Neutra Corp. looks to develop and commercialize a host of all-natural products for the growing wellness sector of the United States.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Prepares to Release Innovative New Products for Booming Cannabis Industry

January 9, 2014

Neutra Corp., a growing provider of all-natural wellness solutions, earlier today announced that it plans to market new products this year that are specifically developed to capitalize on the burgeoning demand for medical and recreational cannabis in the state of Colorado.

Colorado made headlines around the world last week when shop owners reported raking in over $1 million is sales statewide during only the first day of legalized recreational marijuana sales. The state has allowed sales of medical marijuana (MMJ) for years, and boasts a mature and robust MMJ economy.

According to the Huffington Post, the legalized cannabis industry anticipated to generate $2.34 billion this year in medical and recreational sales.

In order to capture a share of this explosive industry, NTRR is readying cutting-edge products for the marketplace in 2014. In order to keep consumers safer from potential harm, the company is developing a disposable system for testing oils, butters, tinctures, resins, and other concentrates derived from medical marijuana (MMJ) for potentially harmful contaminants. As the use and regulation of MMJ continues to spread across the country, demand for simple, reliable testing for molds, fungi, and chemicals is exploding from state agencies, dispensaries, and patients alike.

By providing new technologies designed to ensure safer, more reliable cannabis products, Neutra Corp. plans to enjoy unprecedented growth in 2014 alongside Cannabis Science, Inc. (CBIS), Medical Marijuana Inc. (MJNA), and Terra Tech Corp. (TRTC), delivering technological advancements in the cultivation and processing of cannabis in approved markets.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and Zero-Blast Become Partners in the Fight against Staph Infections

Neutra Corp., a healthy lifestyle company focusing on innovative, all-natural wellness products and services, and Zero-Blast, an innovator specializing in anti-microbial sterilization, have become allies in the war on antibiotic-resistant staph infections, following the acquisition of Zero-Blast by Neutra Corp.’s joint venture partner, Surface to Air Solutions.

The Texas-based Zero-Blast specializes in cutting-edge, anti-microbial coatings for environments typically prone to germ infestation, such as hospitals and locker rooms. The company’s leading product is Armor-Blast, which sprays a non-toxic coating that sticks to surfaces and creates a barrier that kills germs and bacteria on contact. Armor-Blast only has to be applied four times a year to provide year-round protection from staph, e. coli, H1N1, athlete’s foot, and other infections.

Neutra Corp. CEO Sydney Jim spoke to how this important acquisition will make the company’s joint venture a top competitor in the fast-growing wellness sector and a leading innovator in the antimicrobial solutions industry. Armor-Blast, he comments, is the best, most viable solution for organizations like the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and National Football League (NFL) looking to protect their athletes from dangerous staph infections because it can eliminate the risk from sports facilities, equipment, towels, and shared surfaces that are often exposed to deadly germs.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR): Deadly Outbreaks Make Anti-Microbial Solutions a Necessity in 2014

January 3, 2014

With dangerous, antibiotic-resistant staph infections on the rise, wellness innovator Neutra Corp. has made the delivery of cutting-edge anti-microbial solutions to the epidemic a top priority for the new year.

According to a recent examination by USA Today, the infection rate of MRSA, the sometimes-deadly, drug-resistant bacteria that has notoriously attacked hospitals and even NFL locker rooms, is far more common than government statistics suggest. MRSA staph infections sicken hundreds of thousands of people in America alone each year, causing symptoms from skin boils to pneumonia. The disease claims upwards of 20,000 lives annually.

Institutions such as hospitals, schools, and sports leagues are particularly at risk from the difficult-to-combat disease. To help eliminate the threat, NTRR is working fast to bring new, effective products to market capable of sanitizing the locations favored by the MRSA bacteria.

NTRR’s joint venture partner, Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2), has acquired a Texas-based firm that’s developed a potentially lucrative anti-microbial coating capable of adhering to sporting equipment and facilities, preventing viral and bacterial contamination. In addition to preventing the spread of staph from the locker room to the waiting room, it’s also an effective defense against common diseases and illnesses from the flu to H1N1.

“Delivering this incredible new product to the institutions that need it most will be a major focus for the company in 2014,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and S2O2 Develop Antimicrobial Solutions to Combat Cold and Flu Season

December 11, 2013

With cold and flu season now in full swing, all-natural wellness provider Neutra Corp. is working quickly to deliver a revolutionary new antimicrobial coating that could soon prove to be the best defense against infections and viruses in the most notorious hotspot for the spread of these diseases: the classroom.

Owing to tightly clustered students, poor hygiene and sharing of learning tools and tasks, schools can often become breeding grounds for disease during the cold winter months. The virus can be dangerous, too: Each year, an average of 20,000 children under the age of five is hospitalized because of flu-related complications, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Alongside joint venture partners Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2), NTRR is working to change that. S2O2 has developed an environmentally friendly, water-based solution that forms an invisible, long lasting coating designed to actively protect surfaces from the build-up of organic matter – including bacteria, molds, germs and allergens.

Based on the same ultraviolet photocatalytic oxidation techniques used in hospitals and operating rooms around the world, S2O2’s Shok product is even capable of destroying airborne germs, mold and allergens when applied to HVAC systems—including H1N1, Staph and more.

“Without the use of harmful chemicals, Shok works rapidly and effectively to eliminate infectious dangers in the classroom through long-term sterilization of doorknobs, desks, bathrooms and other school surfaces after only a single application,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Preps New Test for Booming Cannabis Quality Control Market

December 3, 2013

As testing continues on Neutra Corp.’s innovative new disposable contaminants test for medical marijuana (MMJ), the marketplace for cannabis testing in the U.S. continues to grow. Twenty states and Washington, D.C., now allow MMJ prescriptions, with Connecticut and Washington state requiring testing for adulterants.

More states are following suit, leading to a boom in the nascent cannabis testing industry, says NTRR CEO Sydney Jim.

“With few rules in place, all sorts of things not visible to the naked eye have been found in MMJ, from mold and mildew to insect parts, salmonella and pesticides,” Mr. Jim said. “Soon, our revolutionary testing product will make contamination analysis faster and easier than it’s ever been before.”

The health effects of MMJ tainted with mold, mildew and other contaminants isn’t yet fully clear, but a study published earlier this year by the Journal of Toxicology found that pesticide residues on cannabis are transferred to inhaled marijuana smoke, potentially posing a “significant toxicological threat.”

To combat the threat, NTRR is designing a disposable testing system to give patients and retailers in the rapidly growing MMJ industry a closer, more detailed look at the plants they’re buying, selling and consuming. If successful, the innovative system could help NTRR capture a big share of a testing market poised for unprecedented growth as more and more states sign MMJ laws.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Partner Purlife Signs Deal With Auto Warranty Company

November 26, 2013

Neutra Corp., a growing provider of all-natural wellness solutions, is proud to announce that its partner, Purlife, has signed a deal with one of Canada’s largest automotive warranty companies to make its revolutionary Drivepur Protection System available to a network of 1,200 car dealerships.

The Drivepur system includes all-natural, anti-microbial coatings capable of making automobiles, RVs, boats and more permanently hygienic inside and out. The water-based treatment kills all festering germs, bacteria, allergens, mold, fungus and odors on contact, helping to prevent respiratory diseases, allergic reactions and other serious illnesses spread through vehicular contamination.

The company’s nano-thin coating remains effective inside a vehicle’s interior for up to 12 months, a major improvement over other products on the market.

It could also prove extremely profitable for Purlife and NTRR. Global Industry Analysts, Inc. predicts that the North American air-purification equipment market could grow to $4.8 billion by 2017. Aftermarket products, including protective coatings, account for a large percentage of dealerships’ gross profits. Now Drivepur will be made available to one of North America’s largest dealer networks.

“Drivepur is an incredible product that makes both new and used cars cleaner and more hygienic than ever before,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “We’re very excited to partner with Purlife to make this deal a huge success for investors.”

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Targeting Innovative Nutraceuticals Industry for Development of New Health Supplement

November 22, 2013

Healthy lifestyle company Neutra Corp., along with its joint-venture partner Surface to Air Solutions, LLC (S2O2), are collaborating to bring to market a revolutionary new health supplement for the rapidly growing nutraceuticals industry.

The joint venture is currently in talks to acquire or partner with a company working on the development of a supplement designed to improve lung function, memory, focus, problem solving and awareness. The supplement is all-natural, and packed with smart nutrients, antioxidants and botanicals engineered to enhance cognition.

“The potential market for this product is massive,” NTRR CEO Sydney Jim stated in the news release. “The nutraceuticals industry in the U.S. is raking in big profits, but there’s nothing quite like this on the market today. We intend to fill this niche with an innovative new solution that we expect to change the way people think about their mental wellness.”

NTRR is focusing on the nutraceuticals market in particular, recognizing this segment of healthcare as one of the largest in North America. According to a report by Transparency Market Research, the global nutraceuticals market is forecast to reach a market value of $204.8 billion by 2017, driven in large part by a surge in demand for all-natural wellness solutions.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) Targets Innovative Nutraceutical Supplement

November 21, 2013

Neutra Corp. and its joint venture partner Surface to Air Solutions, LLC (S2O2) announced today that they are collaborating to bring a revolutionary new health supplement to the booming nutraceuticals industry.

The joint venture is in talks to acquire or partner with a company developing a supplement to improve lung function, memory, focus, problem solving and awareness. It’s a powerful, all-natural remedy packed with smart nutrients, antioxidants and botanicals engineered to enhance cognition in anyone looking to give his or her brain a boost.

“The potential market for this product is massive,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “The nutraceuticals industry in the U.S. is raking in big profits, but there’s nothing quite like this on the market today. Qualitative Analysis Begins on Neutra Corp.’s (NTRR) New Contaminants Test

November 19, 2013

Neutra Corp., a growing provider of all-natural wellness solutions, announced today that the qualitative testing phase of development will begin on the new advanced prototype of the company’s innovative, disposable cannabis testing strips.

Led by Dr. Richard C. Kaufman, the company’s new head of research and development in the $42 billion nutraceuticals industry, NTRR is developing a disposable system for testing oils, butters, tinctures, resins and other concentrates derived from medical marijuana (MMJ) for potentially harmful contaminants.

With a new prototype now in place, the company is forging ahead with qualitative tests to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the product’s design.

“The next step is to make sure that our test for contaminants detects the proper amount of contaminants that would potentially make cannabis harmful to consume,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “This lab analysis will bring us another big step closer to getting this groundbreaking product to the patients and dispensaries who need it.”

NTRR has designed the test strips to give patients and retailers in the rapidly growing MMJ industry a closer, more detailed look at the plants they’re buying, selling and consuming. If successful, the innovative system could help NTRR capture a big share of an MMJ testing market poised for unprecedented growth as more and more states sign MMJ laws.

Neutra Corp. (NTRR): Early Horticulture Test Results Exceed Expectations

November 14, 2013

Highly encouraging early testing results on the groundbreaking horticultural technology that Neutra Corp. is developing have the company looking forward to major growth in 2014.

Through a joint venture with Surface to Air Solutions, LLC (S2O2), NTRR is working to market and develop a sophisticated suite of holistic solutions to the problem of plant contamination. S2O2 has produced advanced new processes to keep surfaces, air and plants free from molds, spores, viruses and all other adulterants. It’s a breakthrough that could set a new standard for indoor growing worldwide.

The joint venture is working with a large and successful horticultural group in California to test the prototype anti-contamination system on indoor crops. After a month, no signs of mold, spores or other potentially harmful contaminants have been detected in the test group.

“We’re very confident in the efficacy of this technology, so we’re not surprised by the extremely positive early test results so far,” said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. “Even our expectations have been exceeded, however. We’re developing a product that is going to have billion-dollar ramifications in the horticulture and nutraceutical industries.”

By providing innovative nutraceutical products and services, Neutra Corp. plans to compete for customers with other successful public companies including Cannabis Science, Inc. (CBIS), Medical Marijuana Inc. (MJNA) and Terra Tech Corp. (TRTC), delivering technological advancements in the cultivation and processing of cannabis in approved markets.
