SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Enters Into Major Co-Marketing Partnership

Monday, August 24th, 2009

SkyPostal Networks, Inc., a young company that has been gaining national recognition as the world’s largest private postal network in Latin America, today announced that it has entered into a co-marketing agreement for its PuntoMio online shopping facilitator with the Brazilian Bank; Banco Itaucard. Banco Itaucard is controlled by Itau Unibancob which is one of the largest financial conglomerates in Latin America and one of the 15 largest in the world in terms of market capitalization.

PuntoMio provides Itaucard customers with the easiest and most secure way to shop from the U.S., by merging the convenience of comparison shopping through a searchable online shopping portal with a virtual U.S. address which they use to receive their online purchases. PuntoMio bridges the gap between the online international shopper and U.S. based Internet merchants from the time of purchase through final international delivery to the customer’s home or office.

When asked about the impact of this new partnership, A.J. Hernandez, the Chief Operating Officer of SkyPostal Networks, stated, “Itau Unibanco is not only the largest financial conglomerate in the region, but one of the most prestigious financial institutions, well known for offering its clients excellent products and services.”

Itaucard values this partnership because they are continuously looking for exclusive offers for its clients to enhance this offering and truly grasp the value of a service that eliminates the obstacles associated with cross-border shopping. PuntoMio provides Itaucard’s loyal customers a unique tool that allows them to experience shopping without borders.

Through the PuntoMio service, subscribers are provided a physical U.S. address in Miami, which serves as their shipping address when making Internet purchases from U.S. stores. Merchandise is delivered to the assigned U.S. address at which point PuntoMio becomes responsible for international transport and associated logistics, including customs clearance and final delivery to the customer. PuntoMio also assists the shopper by providing product price and merchant rating comparisons through web integration with PriceGrabber.

Customers are steered to secure payment options such as PayPal and provided with a cost estimator which enables the buyer to determine the total purchase cost including transportation, customs duties, taxes and delivery. PuntoMio also provides complete online tracking as the parcel moves from PuntoMio to its final delivery destination as well as free international merchandise return shipping to Miami, plus returns handling back to merchant.

While SkyPostal can be purchased over-the-counter today for pennies on the dollar, this company may explode onto the business scene with business that spans across the borders.

SkyPostal, Inc. (SKPN.OB): Learning to Grow Through Management Experience and History

Monday, October 27th, 2008

Founded in 2002, SkyPostal, Inc. was created to fulfill a new standard for “time defined” mail delivery in the Americas. The SkyPostal management team became pioneers in the courier and mail delivery industry having founded the company in 1972 as the first courier and mail delivery service in Latin America.

Using an established “outsourced” private messenger network and linked together through their proprietary web-based PosTrac™ tracking software, SkyPostal satisfies a vast market need for reliable and affordable time defined mail service throughout the region. SkyPostal hand delivers mail within an average of 7 days. Through other methods, such as the national postal services, it takes 17 days on average for mail pieces to arrive from Europe to LAC.

SkyPostal is now the largest private mail network in Latin America handling over 25 million pieces of mail per month. All their mail is hand delivered by exclusive representatives. Clients can utilize the company’s website in order to track selected mail parcels. To ensure delivery of mail, the company provides services such as signature proof of delivery and just as importantly the return of undeliverable items, either physically or electronically. SkyPostal has taken the mail business to another level, and added a courier/express sense of urgency mentality to provide assured delivery service for less than the other alternatives.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Enters Parcel Post Market through Launch of PuntoMio Brand

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008

Today before the bell, SkyPostal announced that it has launched a new parcel logistics service under the PuntoMiobrand. PuntoMio.com provides online international shopping assistance, international transport, customs clearance and delivery to cross-border shoppers.

Albert Hernandez, SkyPostal President and CEO, stated, “In line with our growth strategy, we are leveraging our established private postal network to enter the parcel post market by facilitating cross-border Internet shopping. The worldwide parcel market has been growing 8% per year to 6.5 billion items in 2007. The economical parcel post service offered by the national posts lacks interconnectivity between the world’s Posts. It does not provide a visible and seamless merchant-to-consumer cross-border service as provided by the costly private express couriers like FedEx and UPS. PuntoMio.com combines proven B2C logistics know-how, mail delivery network and catalog marketing experience to offer on-line merchants the opportunity to market their products to international customers without the inherent risks associated with cross-border parcel delivery.”

“According to online catalog merchants, in some Latin American countries as much as 40% of cross-border Internet purchases shipped via the public postal service network do not arrive. The parcels either disappear in the local customs or postal facilities or are ‘mis-delivered.’ Due to high customer service complaints many U.S. e-tailers have previously avoided international online sales. Our solution includes parcel tracking, delivery and customs cost visibility and free return services, while guiding the international shopper throughout the process,” Mr. Hernandez continued.

Those subscribed to this new service are provided with a physical U.S. address in Miami. This is the address they use when purchasing merchandise from online stores. Once the merchandise is delivered to the address, SkyPostal takes responsibility for the final delivery to the customer. SkyPostal also provides complete online tracking as the parcel is shipped to its final delivery destination, and offers free international merchandise return shipping to Miami plus the handling back to the merchant.

SkyPostal Networks Inc. (SKPN.OB) Signs Key Agreement with DHL Global Mail

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

The Miami, Florida Company SkyPostal took a major step towards expanding their organization when they signed a contract with Deutsche Post’s DHL Global Mail earlier this year. While SkyPostal has been a major player by focusing on delivering mail to the Latin American-Caribbean region, this new partnership allows the company to expand its services to Europe.

The contract is anticipated to significantly increase SkyPostal’s revenues. Current statistics of mail delivery indicate that 12% of the international mail coming from the United States goes to the Latin America-Caribbean (LAC) region. In contrast, an estimated 35% of U.S. international mail is delivered into Europe. SkyPostal may now capitalize on the combined postal demand of both major regions.

DHL Global Mail has already established a reputation for itself by creating an international network that links more than 220 territories and countries worldwide. Through this agreement, SkyPostal expands its market and service as a wholesaler throughout Europe and into the entire DHL international network.

With their expansion into Europe and the fact that they are already a known entity in the Latin-American-Caribbean region, SkyPostal is now making a name for itself throughout the world and in the marketplace. SkyPostal may be a company that takes flight in the near future by changing the way the world receives mail… one carrier at a time.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Gets Mail Safely to its Destination

Thursday, October 16th, 2008

In the United States, we expect our established system to delivery our mail in a timely manner. In developing countries, the quality of traditional mail distribution providers do not provide the same level of service that Americans expect. SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB), a private international mail service provider, is taking on the challenge of providing the best available service to its customers.

Since it was founded in 2002, SkyPostal has focused on creating a reliable “best in class” messenger service throughout Latin America-Caribbean (LAC). Typically, national postal services have a 17 day average delivery period with a loss rate of up to 30% in some countries. In less than six years, SkyPostal has become the largest private mail service handling mail from postal administrations, publishers, international mailers, and financial institutions into the LAC region. SkyPostal is able to hand-deliver 87% of the mail into the LAC in an average 7.5 day period.

SkyPostal is able to meet the needs of smaller businesses. Letter shops, mailing and fulfillment services are able to obtain cost-effective and efficient services to meet clients’ budget and distribution requirements. The company offers the ability for individuals or small businesses to gain express service without paying exorbitant rates into the LAC. Express services provided by other carriers into the LAC range from $30 – $40 per item.

Businesses that distribute time-defined and/or sensitive materials can benefit from SkyPostal’s hand-delivered service. Financial institutions send out statements, checks, and credit cards on a regular basis and need a reliable mail system to deliver the sensitive information. SkyPostal offers confirmation of delivery and signature confirmation services for businesses that want the added security of ensuring their clients have received sensitive material.

Direct marketers and catalog companies can use SkyPostal to expand into new markets. Marketing material and catalogs can be delivered to any company’s mailing list. The material can also be delivered to SkyPostal’s private list of highly-rated consumers in the region via a “tag-along” service, which allows material to be sent unaddressed along with SkyPostal’s regular mail deliveries.

Publishers can also benefit from the tag-along service by sending out promotional information along an established SkyPostal route. As publications are more bulky than regular mailings, the delivery of books and magazines via local postal services are very unreliable. SkyPostal is able to hand-deliver magazines and books on time at a reasonable charge.

Why take a chance of a sensitive item getting lost? In this age of identity theft, SkyPostal has created a reliable service and solid infrastructure in the LAC to delivery all types of mail to their destination.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Continues to Expand Through Second Half of 2008

Monday, October 13th, 2008

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB), a private mail distribution company, continues to experience steady growth in 2008. SkyPostal specializes in the hand-delivery of mail and periodicals into the Latin American-Caribbean (LAC) region.

SkyPostal started 2008 with a strong sales increase of 39.7% during the first quarter versus the same time period in 2007. As the U.S. economy slowed down during the second quarter, the company was still able to recognize an increase in sales of 16.5% that totaled $4,532,113. Additionally, SkyPostal was able to recognize a 20% increase in total tonnage handled through its facilities during the first half of the year.

SkyPostal entered the second half of 2008 with a plan to increase its market share through a number of acquisition possibilities in the non-time critical mail delivery niche. With its stable infrastructure in the LAC, the company is now able to focus on expanding its delivery service into Europe through its partnership with Deutsche Post’s DHL Global Mail. SkyPostal also plans to introduce a service for U.S. ecommerce retailers that will permit them to market their products to upscale consumers in the LAC. Finally, the company has opened a new sorting facility at the Newark Airport to handle the anticipated increase in tonnage.

Hernandez concluded, “We anticipate being able to substantially grow SkyPostal in the second half through several targeted acquisitions, introduction of service to Europe, introduction of new mailing solutions to LAC for internet marketers and the roll out of our GPS-PDA units, which will provide SkyPostal with a decidedly unique advantage over the state-owned public postal networks by offering automatic confirmation of delivery on mail at a fraction of the cost charged by Express operators.”

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Delivers Options to the World

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008

Sending mail has always been a dangerous proposition. From money to gifts, and everything in between, when people put something of value in the mail, there is always some apprehension. One company is trying to alleviate that apprehension by developing a state-of-the-art method to safely send mail. That company is SkyPostal Networks.

SkyPostal is the largest private mail network in Latin America, handling over 25 million pieces of mail per month. Mail is delivered by an exclusive representative who provides the “Best in Class” service in each country.

One of the most unique aspects of SkyPostal is that clients can track mail through the company’s website. With this option, a customer can see whether or not an important document or item has been delivered without leaving the comfort of their living room. This service could be the difference between having peace of mind or suffering needless anxiety.

Besides being able to track proof of delivery, SkyPostal also provides return of undeliverable items, either physically or electronically. This reassures customers that, if the item was not delivered for any reason, it will be safely returned.

The Miami, Florida company is taking the delivery of mail to the next level. With the company expanding and reaching all corridors of the world, SkyPostal may be flying up the stock charts sooner than you think.

SkyPostal, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Takes Mail Delivery to another Level

Friday, October 3rd, 2008

SkyPostal Networks, Inc., (SKPN.OB), the Miami-based international mail distribution company specializing in the hand delivery of mail and periodicals into Latin America, has a stated mission: “To provide our customers with a consistent, secure, and reliable mail delivery service of the highest standards”.

Since their founding in 2002, they have been able to do exactly that, beating out government delivery services through the use of innovative logistics solutions and state-of-the-art information technology.

Now the largest private mail network in Latin America, serving 20 major countries, SkyPostal handles mail from European postal administrations, major publishers, international mailers, and financial institutions that require time-defined and reliable delivery of their mail or magazines. SkyPostal supports their service with a proprietary, web-based tracking system that allows clients to track mailings, while reducing costs through the well-managed outsourcing of transportation and delivery services. As a result, the company is able to handle millions of pieces of mail each month with a successful delivery rate approaching 100%, far exceeding local government performance. SkyPostal also provides signature proof-of-delivery, and the return of undeliverable items.

The strength of SkyPostal is that it effectively addresses the major weak point in the international mail delivery system; the postal administration of destination countries in Latin America. Traditionally, a sender’s primary option for international mailing was the U.S. Postal Service. But U.S.P.S. service is expensive and, once the mail leaves the U.S., it is given to the destination country’s service, which is frequently less than reliable. There are re-mailing services, which are cheaper than the Post Office, but they also rely on country-of-destination services. And express services, like DHL, FedEx, and UPS, can cost $30-$40 per item. SkyPostal offers the sender exceptional reliability for far less money.

SkyPostal has taken the mail business to another level, adding a courier/express sense of urgency, resulting in assured delivery service for less than any other alternative.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) to Create Growth through Acquisition

Friday, September 26th, 2008

A common trend these days within the international mail and parcel industry is that of mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships between long-standing companies. One of these companies is SkyPostal (OTCBB: SKPN), based out of Miami, Florida.

Earlier this year, when the company began trading on the public markets, Albert P. Hernandez, President and CEO of SkyPostal, stated, “Going public through this merger is the next step in our evolution, as SkyPostal strives to become the dominant mail distribution company in Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico (‘LAC’). SkyPostal has been active since last year already acquiring Spring Global Mail Latin America, the regional unit of the TNT, Royal Mail, and Singapore Post-owned in a joint venture, in August of 2007.

“We are now in a position to implement an aggressive growth strategy that features internal growth as well as growth through the acquisition of key postal delivery companies within the region,” said Mr. Hernandez. He continued, “The highly fragmented postal delivery industry in the LAC region is ripe for consolidation and offers economies of scale related to cost reduction and the elimination of redundant services. The market is ideal for the application of current technologies, standardization of operating systems and the region-wide development of the SkyPostal brand.”

SkyPostal has become one of the largest facilitators of mail delivery from Europe and the United States into the LAC region for major European postal administrations and leading mail consolidators, delivering more than 150 tons of mail per month. The company has exclusive agreements in place with over 20 major private postal services in 20 different countries throughout the LAC region for the delivery of commercial mail, periodicals and parcel post.

“SkyPostal is in a unique position through our existing relationships to acquire and roll up the quality private postal carriers in the region and apply our proprietary GPS-based delivery technology… which will provide auto proof of delivery for regular post to a region where it is estimated that up to 30% of all mail never gets delivered,” concluded Mr. Hernandez.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) is Growing Smoothly in the Midst of a Changing Mail Industry

Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008

In recent years, the mailing industry and the businesses they serve have been seeking new avenues to bring into the mailing process in response to multiple events that have impacted this industry. SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: SKPN) is a Miami-based international mail distribution company with much of their focus on Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). As a new company entering the fast-paced mailing industry, being the new kid on the block may turn out to be one of the biggest advantages for the company.

There have been a surprising number of mergers and acquisitions, alliances and agreements, newcomers entering into niche markets, and service providers focusing on enhancing value propositions within the print and mail industry of late. Businesses are now looking for mail distribution companies that provide the best efficiency and security for their mailing services.

By implementing applications such as electronic returns and physical returns, which allow clients to correct addresses and return undeliverable/return mail upon request, SkyPostal provides their customers a much needed form of security. Additionally, SkyPostal offers signature proof of delivery. This allows businesses and other clients to continue with their daily activities without dealing with interruptions or hassles.

An area where there has been great focus is that of technology, including developing technology solutions that enhance reliability. Outsourcing has become a very likely solution to streamlining the process from customer pick-up to final delivery. SkyPostal guarantees hand delivery of mail within 7 to 10 days of arriving in Miami. SkyPostal hand delivers 87% of the mail into Latin America, with the residual mail being posted in the destination country. All of this mail is traceable online through the company’s proprietary system, PosTrac, a web-based tracking system that allows clients to track their mailings, from reception at one of their hubs in Miami or London, to when the item is delivered.

SkyPostal, Inc. (SKPN.OB) – Nobody Knows Latin America Like These Guys

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

SkyPostal Networks, Inc., (SKPN.OB), the biggest private mail network in Latin America, got to be that way by faithfully obeying the first rule of business (and the first rule of their mission statement): Listen to your customers, know your market.

SkyPostal’s primary market is Latin America, and they know it. Combine that with an in-depth knowledge of mail delivery, based upon over 100 years of combined management-team experience, and it helps explain why SkyPostal (www.SkyPostal.com) consistently beats its competitors and even government delivery services in cost and efficiency, offering a delivery success rate approaching 100%.

At the top of that management team is President and CEO Albert P. Hernandez. Born in Havana, with over 40 years of mail and delivery service experience, Hernandez is considered a pioneer in the development of mail delivery service in Latin America. Hernandez immigrated to the U.S., where he received a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Marketing. He opened his first operation in Venezuela in 1972. In 1978 he started and ran Choice Delivery Systems, a U.S.-based messenger service operating in 40 states. In 1985 he became president of Sky Courier International, taking over as Chief Operating Officer of Sky Courier Network in 1986. Sky Courier was sold to Airborne Express in 1988.

In that same year, Hernandez started SkyNet Worldwide Express, later sold to Lan Chile Airlines. In 2002, he founded SkyPostal, in partnership with Lan Chile Airlines, and later purchased their part of the company. SkyPostal, based in Miami, now serves 20 major countries in Latin America, delivering 38 million pieces of mail each month. In spite of the inevitable challenges brought on by growth, his focus remains to offer the best time-defined mail delivery available.

Helping in that effort is A.J. Hernandez, Chief Operating Officer, and the CEO’s son. Between 1993 and 2001, A.J. Hernandez developed SkyBox Services in Latin America, an address service allowing Latin American residents to receive mail and purchases via a warehouse facility in Miami. Later he co-founded SkyPostal with his father and Lan Chile Airlines, and has remained with SkyPostal, where he is responsible for all international operations, negotiating all service provider agreements in the LAC region. A.J. Hernandez has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in International Business.

Another mail distribution heavyweight is Michael J. Knorr, Executive Vice President. Knorr was the Executive Vice President of Swiss Post International (USA), Inc., where he directed all North American business operations for the company. Earlier he held senior level positions for Express Messenger Systems out of Phoenix, a 2000-employee express transportation company, and at mail giant TNT Express Worldwide.

Extensive technology support is provided by Bert Herrera, Vice President of Technology. Herrera brings over 10 years of web application and ecommerce experience, and was a team leader in several Latin American projects. He’s able to produce and manage high-end technological solutions with an international focus. Technology is one of the key tools SkyPostal has used to remain on top.

Rounding out the management team is Chris Weber, European Director, with over 25 years of mail and courier experience. Based in London, he provides a key link to European sales and service, a major element of SkyPostal’s success.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc., (SKPN.OB), the growing Miami-based mail delivery company serving 20 major countries in Latin America, has done for mail delivery in Latin America what FEDEX and UPS have done for parcel delivery in the U.S.

Through the application of state-of-the-art technologies and logistics, combined with the skillful use of outsourced transportation and delivery services, SkyPostal has bested government delivery services, providing superior reliability, speed, and cost effectiveness, and has now become the largest private mail network in Latin America, delivering some 38 million pieces of mail each month.

Through the use of proprietary software, GPS handsets, a huge private messenger network, and the avoidance of costly tolls and tariffs required of other companies, SkyPostal consistently exceeds normal delivery standards in Latin America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. SkyPostal delivery from Europe is a good example. Instead of taking 17 days via the national postal services for mail arriving from Europe, SkyPostal averages less than 8 days. And while a European sender pays over 40¢ per piece for worldwide delivery, SkyPostal’s average is closer to 10¢. In addition, while government undeliverable rates are as high as 30% in some countries, SkyPostal successfully delivers nearly 100% of the time, and, when unable to do so, returns the mail to the sender free of charge.

Although SkyPostal, like other companies, has had to face the challenges of unprecedented fuel cost increases, together with a slowing American economy, it has been so aggressive in improving efficiencies that it continues to expand operations and market share, including the anticipated introduction of service to Europe.

SkyPostal was founded in 2002 with the aim of creating a new standard for “time-defined” mail delivery in the Americas, but the SkyPostal management team, headed by president and CEO Albert P. Hernandez has experience going back to 1972, with the founding of SkyNet-Choice, the first courier and mail delivery service in Latin America. SkyPostal is headquartered in Miami, FL, and outsources its mail sorting facility in London, which processes mail originating in Europe.

SkyPostal, Inc. (SKPN.OB) is an international mail distribution company specializing in offering hand delivery of mail and periodicals into the Latin America-Caribbean region (LAC). They look to provide their customers with a consistent, secure and reliable mail delivery service into Latin America by implementing the use of innovative logistics solutions and advanced information technology.

SkyPostal offers multiple services to different avenues of business, including financial institutions, small businesses, direct marketers, publishers, catalog companies, and letter shop and fulfillment companies. As the largest private mail network in Latin America, SkyPostal is committed to serving as an alternative source for reliable and rapid timed-delivery of postal materials. The company’s services are supported by a web-based proprietary tracking system that gives their clients the ability to track both their mailings and the company’s performance.

In order to provide the best services, SkyPostal offers individuals and small business owners the ability to access express service without paying express rates. As banks and financial institutions rely on sending and receiving things such as bank statements, credit cards and transfers in a secure manner, the company provides confirmation-of-delivery statements and signature confirmation for delivery of checkbooks and credit cards.

Major US direct marketers and catalogers require the ability to market in Latin America. SkyPostal has already established a proven distribution and logistics system and – operating through their hand delivery network – can distribute marketing pieces at low cost and even provide marketers with a turnkey service, which includes customer service, transportation of products, customs clearance and delivery to the consumer’s home. Additionally, SkyPostal offers a “tag-along” service, allowing marketers to send unaddressed promotional pieces to be delivered along with their regular mail deliveries.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) – Bringing Top-Notch Service to the Mail Industry

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008

SkyPostal, Inc. (OTCBB: SKPN) is an international mail distribution company specializing in offering hand delivery of mail and periodicals into Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. The company is persistent on providing their customers with a consistent, secure and reliable mail delivery service of the highest standards into Latin America through the use of innovative logistics solutions and highly advanced information technology.

By choosing SkyPostal as a mail network, all mail is hand delivered by exclusive representatives. Clients can track their mailings through the company’s website at any time during the day. SkyPostal can even provide signature proof of delivery and just as importantly return of undeliverable items; either physically or electronically. SkyPostal is revolutionizing the way mail is delivered and processed by adding a courier/express sense of urgency mentality to provide assured delivery service for less than the other alternatives. SkyPostal has established itself as the largest private mail network in Latin America handling over 25 million pieces of mail per month.

When considering the alternatives to SkyPostal it is evident that there are fewer benefits for the client. The USPS/Postal Service is one of the most reliable postal service in the world, but their international services (IPA/ISLA) are extremely expensive. As mail leaves the United States it is given to the postal administrations of the destination countries, which results in added time for the mail to arrive on a clients door. Alternatives to the USPS are using DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, but although their services are reliable and traceable, they are very expensive ranging from $30-$40 per item in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Friday, August 29th, 2008

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: SKPN) signed a partnership with Deutsche Post’s DHL Global Mail in order to expand its mail courier services overseas and into much of Europe. Having already established itself as a premier mail delivery service in the Latin American-Caribbean (LAC) region, teaming with Deutsche Post’s DHL Global Mail further enhances company value and will result in an increase in revenue.

The strategic agreement demonstrates SkyPostal’s desire to continue to expand revenues and earnings by maximizing capacity and output to meet the demand for door-to-door reliable international mail service. It is estimated that 12% of international mail coming from the United States travels to the Latin America-Caribbean region, compared to 35% of U.S. international mail delivered into Europe. This agreement now gives SkyPostal the opportunity to capitalize on the combined postal demand of both major regions and the company will now be able to market their service as a wholesaler throughout Europe and into the entire DHL international network.

Continuing to grow as a company is the main mission for Albert Hernandez, President and CEO of SkyPostal, “We are continuing to execute and improve upon our business model, and we believe that the company will continue to aggressively grow its revenue and efficiencies in 2008,” he said. “Our management team has done an extraordinary job positioning the Company to continue increasing its penetration in the industry. SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB) Recently Opened a New Facility to Service Europe

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. recently announced that their newest facility at Newark Airport, handling their mail and parcel post traffic to and from the UK and Europe, is in full operation. The company also completed a private placement financing totaling $10 million since becoming a publicly traded company. Falcon Capital, a boutique investment banking firm based in London, acted as a placement agent for the financing.

SkyPostal is an international wholesale mail distribution company specializing in hand delivery of commercial mail and periodicals to the Latin America-Caribbean region (LAC). The new facility will service existing customers throughout the Northeast and serve new business the company expects to gain from their recent key strategic marketing agreement with Deutsche Post’s U.S. Division – DHL Global Mail. By capitalizing on the ability to utilize Deutsche Post’s global network, the SkyPostal expansion into Newark will facilitate the introduction of service to Europe.

“The operations at Newark will help us gain new business by having a local presence in the Northeast region. By changing and expanding our shipment processing locations, we reduce line haul costs and improve transit times. Mail shipments normally processed through our Miami hub can now be routed more efficiently to Europe and certain LAC destinations through the Newark location,” stated Albert P. Hernandez, President and CEO of SkyPostal.

“This development allows SkyPostal to increase the rate of international expansion while improving service quality. We anticipate even greater growth potential in the near future with the addition of hand delivery service to Europe,” he concluded.

In order to complete the $10 million private financing placement, the company converted approximately $3.2 million of debt into equity in the form of common shares. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to improve the hand-delivery network in LAC with the deployment of their GPS delivery confirmation system, expand services to customers, and allow for potential acquisitions. Enhancing their market presence is a key issue for the company.

“We believe this financing will enable SkyPostal to substantially accelerate progress toward our key strategic initiatives and solidify our market presence,” commented Mr. Hernandez. He continued, “SkyPostal will be able to consolidate its network in LAC and expand its service offering to Europe. With this additional capital, we will be able to fast track the growth of the company both organically and through strategic acquisitions.”

SkyPostal Inc. (SKPN.OB) Focuses on Reliable Service into Latin America

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

Founded in 2002, SkyPostal Inc. (SKPN.OB) has quickly become known as a leading private mail delivery service. The company is focused on providing a consistent, secure, time-defined primary delivery service into Latin America, and now into Europe as well.

SkyPostal is led by pioneers in the courier industry. Many of the company’s management team helped create SkyNet-Choice in 1972, which was the first mail delivery service in Latin America. With decades of experience in the industry, SkyPostal’s management understands their client’s needs and the issues the company must overcome to provide a high level of service into the region.

While national postal services take up to 17 days to deliver parcels, SkyPostal’s network is able to hand deliver items within an average 7.5 day period. The company is structured around an established private messenger network system. The company has signed agreements with the best service providers in the region to hand deliver parcels within a 7-to-10-day period into major cities. Clients are also able to monitor their mailings via the company’s proprietary PosTrac system. Within an additional 48-hour period, SkyPostal is able to provide clients with Proof of Delivery (POD).

A key in SkyPostal’s success is its focus on timely delivery. The company constantly monitors its performance by seeding in over 2,000 pieces of mail per week. Upon delivery, the time and date of delivery of the seeded mailings are electronically recorded into reports for analysis.

By listening to its clients, maintaining reliable deliveries, and providing cost effective services, SkyPostal anticipates continuing its growth and garnering the attention of clients mailing into Latin America.

SkyPostal Inc. (SKPN.OB) is Improving International Mail Distribution Methods for Many Industries

Monday, August 18th, 2008

SkyPostal Incorporated provides time-defined, secure, reliable shipping solutions to businesses and individuals at a surprisingly low cost. The company, which started off specializing in only Latin America and the Caribbean, has expanded its services into the US and Europe. As an international mail distributor, they aim to provide customers with a consistent, secure and reliable mail delivery service of the highest standards through the use of innovative logistics solutions and state-of-the-art information technology.

An area where the company excels is the hand delivery of mail and periodicals in hard to reach and sometimes un-addressable locations. These services can benefit a variety of businesses because of their speed and security. For small businesses and financial institutions that need time-sensitive deliveries of items such as invoices, credit cards or bank statements, they can provide secured delivery with statements of delivery and even offer signature confirmation.

The real benefit of SkyPostal’s unique services can be noticed more dramatically for industries such as direct marketers or publishers. These industries rely upon circulation of their products, and SkyPostal can provide circulation in many places that were never previously considered. The company now offers marketing solutions to target highly-rated consumers in the region via their tag-along service. These pieces will reach locations covered in SkyPostal’s regular delivery areas, even when the address is unknown or previously unavailable by other conventional delivery services. Services from SkyPostal can solve the needs of any business, no matter what the size or industry.
