Thursday, January 31st, 2008

Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (UITA.OB) is focused on designing more cost effective aircraft that will allow airlines to move cargo through more cities, ship freight more frequently and track the movement of shipping containers more easily. The Company was formed to implement a system solution for the declining capacity in the short haul route segments of air cargo and overnight express companies.

Utilicraft has developed a new fuel efficient and cost effective air vehicle known as the FF-1080 Freight Feeder. This new aircraft is revolutionary because of its ability to carry standard industry air containers on short to medium range routes. The company has also developed the Automatic Flat Rate System (AFRS) Patent. This company owned system allows the new aircraft to operate with more fuel efficiency than any other freight feeder aircraft in the world.

In December 2007, the Company sold its Freight Feeder aircraft technology for a 25% equity position in Freight Feeder Aircraft Corporation. This sale has a potential value of approximately $400 million in future royalties and future Freight Feeder Aircraft Corporation stock value. This important sale of the aircraft technology allows Utilicraft to focus its efforts on seeking new aerospace products for development, including those related to the enhancement of the Freight Feeder aircraft.

InvestingProfs Highlighted Company: Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (UITA.OB) Announces Purchase Agreement

Monday, August 6th, 2007

Utilicraft Aerospace Industries announced that it has signed a $115 million aircraft purchase agreement with Mid America Aero, LLC. The purchase includes 10 FF-1080-200 aircrafts and a training and support package.

The purchase agreement demonstrates the company’s commitment to eventually acquiring 35 aircrafts as previously stated in two Letters of Intent. The VP Chief Financial Officer stated, “The definitive Agreement that was executed today for ten FF-1080-200 Aircraft, calls for a series of progress payments by Mid America Aero to begin upon ‘First Flight’ of the FF-1080 prototype aircraft, with subsequent progress payments to follow based upon the completion of production milestones that are called out in the Agreement”.

The company’s management was very excited earlier this year when the Letter of Intent to purchase ten of the FF-1080-300ER aircraft and option fifteen was signed, and today is equally excited about reaching an agreement to purchase ten of the FF-1080-200 series aircraft. The President of the company stated, “We feel the potential of the FF-1080-200’s use at a future freight hub at Mid America Airport in Mascoutah, Illinois, is significant.”
