Younger America Management’s Board of Directors commented on the company’s business activities on Wednesday, January 23. Recapping the past year, the company worked closely with Life Without Pain, LLC and successfully launched its first homeopathic product for a healthier lifestyle, MEDLIGHT 630PRO, in 2007
The company’s aggressive marketing tactics via the Home Shopping Network exceeded corporate expectations and the company believes with additional exposure, the product will continue to generate increased demand in 2008. In addition, Younger America is actively working with various insurance companies to seek reimbursements for the users of the MEDLIGHT 630PRO product.
Furthermore, management noted that it does not believe that the current public valuation of the company’s stock is indicative of the underlying value and growth prospects. As a result, management is committed to aggressively marketing the MEDLIGHT 630PRO product in 2008, as well as other products that fit within the corporate mission.
In an effort to refocus the capital resources to selling and marketing homeopathic products, the company announced that it will modify the exchange agreement with Life Without Pain, LLC. Younger America has entered into a definitive agreement with Life Without Pain, LLC to market both national and internationally the MEDLIGHT 630PRO and other homeopathic products. However, the company will not expose shareholders to the costs associated with the acquisition, R&D and manufacturing. Life Without Pain, LLC will assume all R&D and manufacturing costs going forward.
