Younger America, Inc. (YNGR.PK) Management Comments on the Company’s Business

Younger America Management’s Board of Directors commented on the company’s business activities on Wednesday, January 23. Recapping the past year, the company worked closely with Life Without Pain, LLC and successfully launched its first homeopathic product for a healthier lifestyle, MEDLIGHT 630PRO, in 2007

The company’s aggressive marketing tactics via the Home Shopping Network exceeded corporate expectations and the company believes with additional exposure, the product will continue to generate increased demand in 2008. In addition, Younger America is actively working with various insurance companies to seek reimbursements for the users of the MEDLIGHT 630PRO product.

Furthermore, management noted that it does not believe that the current public valuation of the company’s stock is indicative of the underlying value and growth prospects. As a result, management is committed to aggressively marketing the MEDLIGHT 630PRO product in 2008, as well as other products that fit within the corporate mission.

In an effort to refocus the capital resources to selling and marketing homeopathic products, the company announced that it will modify the exchange agreement with Life Without Pain, LLC. Younger America has entered into a definitive agreement with Life Without Pain, LLC to market both national and internationally the MEDLIGHT 630PRO and other homeopathic products. However, the company will not expose shareholders to the costs associated with the acquisition, R&D and manufacturing. Life Without Pain, LLC will assume all R&D and manufacturing costs going forward.

Younger America (YNGR.PK) Wholly Owned Subsidiary Signs Contract to Distribute 25,000 630PRO Units

Younger America announced momentous news stating that its wholly owned subsidiary, Life Without Pain LLC, has signed an agreement with a chiropractor to distribute the MEDLIGHT(TM) 630PRO. The chiropractor, Dr. Paul Waisbrot, is licensed by the State of Ohio, holds a certificate of attainment from the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and is an Expert Rating Certified Personal Trainer.

The chiropractor acquired a bachelor’s degree in Human Services Psychology and completed two years of post-graduate education in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Sports Psychology, both of which he studied at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Waisbrot has many clients in various fields including chiropractic, physical fitness, personal training, and exercise. He also provides services such as chiropractic care and fitness training for professional athletic teams, Mixed Martial Arts athletes, and Olympia athletes.

Irwin Newman, President of Younger America, stated, “We’re very pleased to be working with Dr. Waisbrot. He has numerous years of experience and education in the chiropractic and physical therapy fields, and brings with him an extensive client base of professional athletes. Dr. Waisbrot has already received multiple shipments towards the initial purchase order of 25,000 MEDLIGHT(TM) 630PRO units to sell and distribute to his clients and other local chiropractors in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.”

Younger America (YNGR.PK) Announces Agreement to Expand Distribution of MEDLIGHT 630PRO to Australia and Japan

Younger America announced this morning that its wholly owned subsidiary, Life Without Pain LLC, has signed a distribution agreement with DaVinci Design Associates, an international marketing firm with a primary focus on the spa and wellness center market. The prestigious marketing firm will begin marketing and shipping the subsidiary’s MEDLIGHT(TM) 630PRO to Australia, Japan and other Pacific Rim countries, in addition to 400+ spas in the United States.

DaVinci Design Associates is a key solution for Resort, Wellness, Spa and Med Spa industries with the ability to assist with space planning, architectural services, and the fulfillment of financing needs for construction and equipment. Life Without Pain will be using their services to help through the process of branding standards, identifying a target market, setting a realistic marketing budget, creating collateral and fabricating an ongoing promotional program.

Irwin Newman, President of Younger America, stated, “We are very excited to have reached an agreement with Da Vinci Design Associates. Younger America announced this morning its President, Irwin Newman, was featured as the closing guest on the Big Biz Show for Business Talk Radio Network. The Big Biz Show airs Monday through Friday from 5-6 p.m. EST and Sunday at Noon.

The President talked about the Company’s MEDLIGHT 630PRO product and the way it uses a Light Emitting Diode to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains without the use of potentially harmful drugs or chemicals.

Younger America announced that it is targeting an $8.5 billion market and identifying additional distribution channels for its products. The company is developing a direct programming infomercial campaign to distribute the Wave Shield and the MEDLIGHT 630PRO.

Younger America announced this morning that it has signed a joint venture and marketing agreement with Interact Communications. Interact Communications is engaged in marketing devices fabricated to block electromagnetic radiation emitted from cell-phones.
