Nutranomics, Inc. (NNRX) Differentiating Itself in Booming Global Supplement Market with Superior Product Quality

NutraNomics® continues to set new standards in the nutraceutical and supplement space with superior quality, highly bioavailable food-based and plant-based products that are derived from pure ingredients that the body can actually recognize at the cellular level and use to make new cells, as opposed to the glut of isolated (partial) and synthetic multi-vitamins that dominate supplement store shelves these days. Most consumers do not even realize the risks and futility of consuming typical multi-vitamins or supplements, routinely throwing away their money on products that can even create deficiencies, or exacerbate existing absorption problems, due to the routine addition of things like the flow agent (which speed up and reduce the cost of manufacturing) magnesium stearate. Potentially harmful additives and fillers like magnesium stearate bear numerous risks that are only recently beginning to be properly understood. From stearic acid production (magnesium stearate byproduct) which can break down cell membrane integrity and even suppress the body’s own immune system by hampering T cells, to sourcing from GMO oils like the majority of cottonseed, there are improperly quantified risks now associated with typical OTC supplements. The presence of harmful contaminants like calcium hydroxide (hydrated/slaked lime, deemed toxic by the NIH) and Bisphenol-A (another known toxic chemical and endocrine system disruptor) in many major brands further complicates matters for consumers who are looking for help to their ailments.

To make matters worse, many times consumers don’t even get the high-grade additives or synthetic ingredients, as the majority of sourcing comes from suppliers in China, who often distort the truth about the herbs or ingredients used and lack real standardization for product quality, resulting in a situation where most of the major brands contain high levels of benzoic and sorbic acids, as well as elevated levels of sulfur dioxide. NNRX understands the intricacies of the supply side of the industry extremely well and was founded to provide an alternative to this dangerous situation, not only focusing on maximum ingredient purity, potency and quality, but also ensuring that raw materials do not come from the same handful of chemical companies in China that supply the major brands. Furthermore, the company has established their own in-house quality testing team and actively evaluates incoming raw materials on a per-supplier basis, enabling their global customer base in countries such as Japan for instance, where quality standards are extremely high, to rest assured that they are getting top-shelf ingredients. Moreover, NNRX doesn’t use bovine or pig-derived gelatin to encapsulate their products (unlike the majority of the industry), nor do they use Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (a known carcinogen) like most of the vegetarian capsules on the market today, preferring instead to use 100% plant cellulose-based capsules.

This emphasis on product quality has really struck a chord with end-markets, especially as consumers become more and more educated about the concerns over supplement product quality. Today’s target demographics for the space are much more discriminating than in the past and they now largely understand how important it is to have the broad-spectrum nutrients and cofactors present, in order for the body to be able to absorb and make use of the product they are paying for. NNRX’s approach using whole foods that contain essential elements like naturally occurring antioxidants, enzymes, fatty acids, phytonutrients and other proteins, derived by their proprietary Glyco-Protein Matrix process (brewer’s yeast fermentation preps the nutrients for absorption by the body) and further enhanced for absorption by the company’s patented Assimilation Enhancing System®, continues driving broad market adoption. A trend which is evident from the recent partnership formed with the biggest multi-level marketing operation operating out of the Philippines, widely-known health and natural products distributor, UNO International Corp., which has a sprawling global network of over 500k independent distributors. UNO has solid footings in major markets throughout Asia, including Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, as well as a sizeable presence in the UAE/Saudi Arabia and a developing footprint in the U.S., UK, and now even in Nigeria.

UNO already made an initial purchase of some 20k bottles of the company’s new, specially developed digestive and systemic enzyme supplement, Total Systemic Enzyme (TSE), and the combined R&D capabilities of NNRX alongside UNO’s extensive direct and multi-level distribution network will really help UNO expand into new markets. Total Systemic Enzyme is an ideal product for helping the digestive system break down everything from proteins and fats, to carbs and sugars, employing over 72 trace minerals, as well as key minerals like manganese gluconate (chelated manganese), which is readily absorbed and extremely important for optimum bone and nerve health. When TSE is paired with the company’s leading antioxidant supplement, PhytoNutrient, or their natural anti-inflammatory, Mobility and Flexibility Complex, you have the beginnings of a non habit forming and natural supplement regimen that can help address a multiplicity of neurological or other systemic disorders, from ADD/ADHD to fibromyalgia.

A constantly evolving product lineup, backed by a warm reception from end users, is quickly helping to build up an organic reputation for NNRX that translates directly into bottom line growth for the company and its shareholders. The mounting trend towards wellness in the west and sustained integrity of the same trend in the east (and elsewhere) creates a firm foundation for future brand development and investors would do well to keep an eye on NNRX as things progress further amid a continuing global nutrition industry boom that saw activity jump 8.3% from just the period between 2012 and 2013, to around $104B in the aggregate (with functional foods being the biggest slice of the pie at 32% of overall market, followed by natural/organic foods and supplements). NNRX is well-positioned to capture the future upside in the global supplement arena and the fundamental market drivers show no signs of abating any time soon. In fact, the trend towards wellness is superbly reinforced by NNRX’s dual product and education model, which helps to inform customers about whole-food healthy lifestyle solutions for many of today’s most common debilitating conditions. Conditions which are all too commonly not addressed, or addressed insufficiently, by the mainstream medical establishment, leaving patients to basically twist in the wind with their ailments or use harsh drugs (in multiple combinations) that can complicate matters further without really addressing the underlying causes for their condition.
