Imogo Mobile Technologies, a leader in secure mobile cloud services, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Toronto-based Contact Monkey (www.contactmonkey.com), a rapidly growing developer and marketer of a seamless, secure and easy-to-use cloud solution that lets users better control and share their contact information.
Imogo has worked out a mutually beneficial agreement with Contact Monkey that will accelerate synergistic growth in both the cloud and app markets. Under the terms of the alliance agreement, Imogo will integrate the Contact Monkey solution into the Imogo cloud offering and the two companies will cross promote each company’s product offerings.
“We believe Imogo is a perfect strategic partner for us,” said Contact Monkey Founder and CEO Scott Pielsticker. “We share a common vision of the power and importance of cloud computing and we are committed to providing businesses and individuals elegant, secure and easy-to-use cloud-based solutions to meet their personal and business application needs anywhere, anytime and on any mobile device.”
Imogo President, Founder and CEO Stewart Irvine said, “We believe this alliance and the integration of the Contact Monkey cloud-based solution into our suite of products will enhance the value of our cloud offering. With Contact Monkey, we believe we will gain an important competitive advantage and because cross product promotion is a key feature of our alliance, we expect to expand our access to a larger universe of potential customers and add a meaningful source of revenue going forward. We are confident this will lead to significant growth in our customer base and have a positive impact on shareholder value.”
Contact Monkey is a secure and fully-featured software service that helps people communicate with and easily download contact information to any type of email platform, tablet or Smartphone device from a website, email signature or other source, and it tracks how many people have been viewing the contact information.
